Our experiences on the quality of services we receive from the public sector can be interesting. This may be on the way services are delivered. We may have enjoyed some really best delivered services. We may also have encountered some poorly delivered services. What are your experience on best and poorly delivered services in the public services?
Nations around the world are implementing electronic Govenrment (e-Govenrment). However, Africa seem to be lagging behind all other regions. WB reports especially the 2012 still show that e-Govenrment progress in Africa is still very low.
